Overview
At Import Nation, our goal is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers across the world.
 
All orders are shipped directly from our Melbourne location, we are happy to post most items we sell Australia wide, or local pickup is available from our Braeside, Melbourne location.
 
Most items are shipped within 4 days after receipt of payment.
 
All items are shipped to your confirmed payment address.
 
We utilize many different couriers to achieve the fastest, and most reliable shipping experience for our customers.
 
Shipping Length Guidelines
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
 
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent from our warehouse in Braeside, Melbourne within 4 days after the order is placed. This may change depending on the item, heavy items may take longer to pick / package.
 
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. AU orders are shipped by courier. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
 
Same day shipping is available for our Melbourne customers (Business), please contact us directly before ordering so we can provide a delivery quote if available to your location.
 
PO Box Deliveries
PO Boxes: We only ship small items to PO Boxes, all others need a residential or business address for delivery.
 
International
International purchases do not include any dutiable taxes (customs, import duties etc) on the receivers end. Please either ask us for advice, these costs may need to by paid by you before your item is released by your respective customs office.
 
Changes 
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
